আমাদের শুরু, লক্ষ্য এবং ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে ভাবনা
Insight Master-এর journey শুরু হয়েছে একটি simple observation থেকে। অনেক শিক্ষার্থী ও researcher পড়াশোনা বা career-এর বিভিন্ন stage-ে এসে আটকে যান। কেউ research topic বা data analysis নিয়ে confused, কেউ IELTS score নিয়ে চিন্তিত, কেউ বিদেশে higher education-এর জন্য সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা খুঁজছেন, আবার কেউ freelancing বা career-এর পরবর্তী ধাপ নিয়ে দ্বিধায় আছেন। এই gap থেকেই Insight Master-এর যাত্রা। আমরা এমন একটি platform তৈরি করেছি যেখানে একজন learner শুধু একটি course শেষ করবেন না, বরং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী research, publication, IELTS preparation, study abroad guidance, freelancing বা career support, যেকোনো পরবর্তী stage-েও পাশে পাবেন।

Our Founders
Captain Shahedul Hasan (Retd.)
Co-Founder & Managing PartnerCaptain Shahedul Hasan (Retd.) leads the academic, research, consultancy, and training activities at Insight Master. He currently serves as a Faculty Member in the Department of Marketing at the University of Dhaka. His professional journey spans teaching, research, data analysis, academic training, research publication, and consultancy. He previously served in the Bangladesh Army as a General Staff Officer Grade 3 (Education) and worked as Deputy Manager (Research) at SME Foundation under the Ministry of Industries. He has also been recommended for the position of Assistant Professor at Army IBA, Savar, served as an Adjunct Faculty at the Dhaka School of Economics (DScE), University of Dhaka, and previously worked as a Lecturer at East Delta University. He completed his BBA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka with outstanding academic results. His academic and professional contributions also include serving as an Editorial Board Member and Editor for international journals, including a journal published by the University of Cincinnati, USA. He is also an experienced online instructor and researcher; his courses on Instructory and Udemy have reached over 7,000 learners and received more than 850 reviews, and he has published 15 research papers in international journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science.
Zahirul Islam Sajib
Co-Founder & CEOZahirul Islam Sajib is the Co-Founder and CEO of Insight Master, leading the platform's business development, operations, learner experience, and overall growth. He plays a key role in ensuring that Insight Master's courses, Study Abroad services, 1-to-1 Consultancy, and digital platforms remain smooth, accessible, and learner-focused. He holds BBA and MBA degrees in Marketing from the University of Dhaka and specializes in business growth, strategy development, and digital transformation. He also has experience in higher education and student consultancy, providing strategic guidance to students pursuing international education opportunities. Zahirul has participated in more than 20 national and international business case competitions, achieving champion, runner-up, and finalist positions. He is the Co-Founder and former President of DU Writers' Hub. Professionally, he previously served as Head of Business Development at Enterprise 360 Limited, leading global partnership initiatives with organizations including Immilink in Canada, Fuchs Group in Germany, Global Center for Innovation and Learning in the USA, and FSN IT Solutions in the USA. He also serves voluntarily as the Head of International Collaboration at the School of Entrepreneurship Development (SED), a non-profit organization.

Sharmina Khan
Head of Operations, Study AbroadSharmina Khan has over eight years of experience in the education consultancy industry. She oversees operational activities, client support, and service coordination, helping ensure smooth processes and high-quality support for students throughout their application journey. She has mentored and guided more than 200 students through university admissions and visa success journeys. Her experience includes international student recruitment, university admissions, visa processing, and student support.
Shazzad Hossain
Head of Business Development, 1-to-1 ConsultancyShazzad Hossain holds BBA and MBA degrees in Marketing from the University of Chittagong. He has successfully completed more than 100 research projects and previously achieved Level 2 Seller status on Fiverr, serving clients including PhD scholars and academic researchers from around the world. His areas of expertise include SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, Research Methodology, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), mediation, and moderation analysis. He also provides research consultation and live demonstrations, and has published research in a Q2-ranked international journal.
