Once you purchase and enroll in an Insight Master course, your account and course access are activated immediately. As our courses and learning materials are digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not applicable.

In exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases or verified technical/payment issues, you may contact our support team for review.

If you face any issue with your purchase, please contact us through our official support channel as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of payment, with your registered name, phone number/email, transaction details, and a brief explanation of the issue.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed through the applicable payment method within 7–14 business days.
